#126-WHY BUTTER IS BETTER AND OTHER SURPRISING FACTS ABOUT
TRADITIONAL DIETS, AND MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING. Journalist,
nutrition researcher, and chef, Sally Fallon elaborates on her research found in her book
Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook That Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet
Dictocrats. Drawing on the work of Weston Price's book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration,
Mrs. Fallon provides scientific research to support her claims that the public is being misled about
what foods are beneficial, how safe our food supply is, and what we can do about it. She currently
