Problem: The unit is dead. No power. FS1 is blown 3.15A\125v 5mm Fuse.

Solution: Check or replace D908 in the power supply.

Problem: No power. The unit is dead.

Solution: Check or replace C618 - 100\25V  radial capacitor.

Problem: No power. The unit is dead. F701 2.5A\125V 5mm fuse is blown.

Solution: Check or replace shorted d701 fullwave bridge rectifier.

Problem: Intermittant Video, Screen goes dim.

Solution: Remove Crt circuit board and resolder loose crt socket pins
          that feeds voltage to the heater element.

Solution: Check or replace R413 - 2.2  ohm 1/2 Watt resistor near the
          yoke plug Assy.

Problem: No Power The unit is dead. 

Solution: Check or replace diodes D505, D506, D509, D510 - MR854
          Fast Recovery diodes.

Problem: No power the unit is dead.

Solution: Check or replace Q403, Horizontal output driver Bu2522AF.
          Check all surrounding components for open solder connections.

Problem: UNIT WORKS UNTIL IT IS ON FOR 20-30 MINUTES THEN IT STATS TO OSCILATE ON\OFF. HEAT SINK FOR THE HORIZONTAL OUTPUT IS REAL HOT.

Solution: CHECK OR REPLACE C815, 220\25V  RADIAL CAPACITOR IN THE HORIZONTAL DRIVE SECTION.
