Born 1970, school from 1976 to 1986, from 1986 to 1989 apprentice to "Fernmeldehandwerker" by the "Deutsche Bundespost, Telekom", 1989 to 1990 I have done my "Fachabitur" (some kind of high school), 1990 to mid of 1991 I have done my alternative national service instead of military, mid of 1991 to mid of 1995 I have studied "Nachrichtentechnik" (Telecommunications) at the Fachhochschule Niederrhein in Krefeld. Some days after my oral examination I start to work as a temporary help at Nokia and since 15.09.96 I am working on the Customer HelpDesk of Nokia Telecomminications in Düsseldorf Germany
