The club had its first training session on the 13th January 1999.  It provides an evening coaching session at the school once per week.

This was probably the first school Web site in the UK to be specially dedicated to Table Tennis.

The club was started by Tom Peplinski, with the help of Earl Jeffers and funding from the school and the TTAW. The club now has 6 tables and a robot for training.

The club is open to the whole community in the area and not just school members.

Thanks to both the school and the Table Tennis Association of Wales (TTAW for short) and SPORTLOT who are providing a lot of the funding for the tables and other equipment.
