Forward Backward Rolls

| Slow Forward Backward Rolls |
|
| Try playing the F shape at the 10th fret then the 12th then the 17th for each roll |
A nice effect is to play one chord position on the forward part
and an inversion of that chord at a different position on the backward
part of the roll
The roll can be played on 4 strings when the 5 string if played would not
fit in with the chord - just substitute playing the 4th string for the 5th
An example that avoids the fifth string clash

| This will stretch your fingers out! play each roll twice |
