Swedish Meatballs |

For sauce, combine:

| Bring mixture to a boil. Season 1 lb. chopped meat lightly with garlic and onion. (Optional - add an egg--not so healthy, but it makes more meatballs). Form small meatballs and add to simmering sauce. Cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve as an appetizer over rice or as a main dish. |
