Raspberry Sorbet

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 bag frozen raspberries (thawed & drained)
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, keep beating, then add raspberries. Freeze in bowl for at least 1 hour (or longer). Beat again until mixture has doubled. This dessert is very refreshing.
