You will need:

| Slice open challah horizontally like a giant English muffin. Spread bottom half with tomato sauce, shredded mozarella cheese, oregano and garlic. Pile high with pepper rings, sliced mushrooms, onions and olives. Sprinkle with olive oil. 1/2 hour before serving, pop into 350 degree oven until cheese is bubbly. Cover with top half and cut into wedges. Serve "sandwiches" as a light Yomtov dairy lunch. |
