"Yekky" (German) Potato Salad |

| Fry 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves diced garlic in 1 cup oil. Add 3 T. yellow mustard, 1/2 c. sugar, and 1/2 c. cider vinegar, and sauté for 15 more minutes. Bake or microwave 6 potatoes, peel and dice. Pour mixture, including oil over potatoes. Sprinkle with Bacos (artificial bacon bits). Serve tossed and cold. |
