Passover Chocolate Torte

Passover Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is yet another one of Chaya Stein's recipe, so you know it's good.
You will need:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 pkg. vanilla sugar
Mix margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until fluffy.Then add:
  • 1 pkg. ground walnuts
  • 1 pkg. ground filberts
  • 2 cups potato starch
 Mix well, then slowly add 1 pkg. of chocolate chips. Put the mixture in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Remove batter from fridge. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes. Bake 350 degrees 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
