Lemon Freeze

  • 2 pie crusts, baked
  • 1 10 oz. container Rich's Whip, or any other pareve whipped topping
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 small jar marshmallow Fluff
Beat Rich's Whip until stiff. Add pie filling and Fluff. Pour into pie crusts and freeze. Let thaw a bit before serving. Easy as pie.
