Cream together margarine and sugar until flufffy. Stir in remaining ingredients
in order given. Divide dough into 3 parts and, on a floured surface, roll out
each part 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 2-inch rounds. Put a heaped teasponful of
filling in center of each round. Fold 3 sides over, pinching edges together to
form a triangle. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden. Yields about 36 hamantaschen. |
