Corned Beef

This is a very basic but delicious recipe for those people (like myself) who are intimidated by roasts.
Boil corn beef roast in water for 3-4 hours, changing water halfway through. Meat will shrink up by about 50%. Remove from water and place in a foil pan. Glaze with a mixture of honey, mustard, and sweet marmalade. Bake for about 1/2 hour. Cool. Slice very thin. May be served hot or cold.
