Q:  Chaya's Kugel

Chaya's Sweet Noodle Kugel

Combine:8 oz. medium or wide boiled egg noodles
1/2 stick margarine
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pareve creamer
1 c. apricot nectar
1 t. vanilla 
Pour into a cake pan, and top with the following mixture:2/3 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
1/2 stick melted margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
