Chocolate "Bread" |

| Mix 4 T. cocoa mixed with 4 T. hot water and blend with 3 eggs and 2 t. vanilla. Combine 1 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, and 1 t. baking powder in a separate bowl. Add 1 stick of margarine and chocolate mixture to dry ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan for 55-65 minutes. After 1/2 hour, remove from oven, split the cake down the center with a sharp knife and pour a little coffee liqueur (i.e. Kahlua) down the center. Continue baking. |
