Q:  Blintzes Unreal

2 pkgs. frozen blintzes (12)  
1/4 cup sugar     
1/4 cup sour cream               
4 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice 
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour all ingredients, except blintzes, into a blender, and blend well. Arrange
blintzes into 9x13 greased pan. Pour mixture over blintzes. Sprinkle with
cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
