How to Get a Free Price Estimate
(1) Please provide the following information in your e-mailed request:
Your name, company address, voice phone number, and fax phone number.
Required turnaround time.
Purpose of the translation request (information, US filing, legal action, etc.). This can be important since translations to be used as US patent filings may require special wording of the specifications and claims.
Estimated Japanese total character count in the document. Alternatively a copy of the document can be sent to 281-556-5147 using the fine fax resolution setting. Alternatively, the document can be attached to the e-mail request in Adobe PDF format (as obtained from the JPO site, Micropatent, etc.). Alternatively, if the document is a Japanese patent filing, the patent number and document type (A, B, or patent) can be described in your e-mailed request.
