During 20th Century Earth, Many Earth city-states restricted certain of their military bases from public access. One such city-state was called the United States of America. Certain military bases such as Fort Hood were open to the general public, while others such as Johnson Island were high security installations which did not permit the public to come anywhere near it. The Stellar Empire follows in this thinking. The following Imperial military bases are restricted. Any and all non-Imperial ships and ground parties which enter the starport will be attacked and captured.
