SERATEC has its own R&D facility which includes a pilots plant for the scaling up of new technologies into industrial scale processes (glass-lined reflux/distillation reactors, stainless steel, refrigerated vessels and high temperature oil-jacket reactors) as well as a fully equipped modern Quality Control Laboratories (NMR, HPLC, MS...).
SERATEC's small production operation range state-of-the-art R&D laboratory facilities to intermediate/kilo-lab production operations for producing kilogram quantities for semi-bulk chemicals.
SERATEC is also equipped with white rooms for the isolation of final products.
