SERATEC has its own R&D facility which includes a pilot plant for the scaling up of new technologies into industrial scale processes (glass-lined reflux/distillation reactors, stainless steel refrigerated vessels and high temperature oil-jacket reactors) as well as a fully equipped modern Quality Control Laboratory (NMR, HPLC, MS...).
SERATEC can provide custom synthesis of existing and novel compounds to scale-up processes for the supply of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Our unique experience in organic synthesis give us a the ability to handle exotic reagents as also complex or multi-step chemical synthesis schemes.
SERATEC's small production operation ranges state-of-the-art R&D laboratory facilities to intermediate/kilo-lab production operations for producing kilogram quantities for semi-bulk chemicals. SERATEC is also equipped with control rooms for the isolation of final products.
