The Program is an analytical approach to improve performance allowing for an optional diagnostic "check-up" with the program's developer, Ron Golden
The program places emphasis on the completion of a circuit training plan (The System) that is sub-divided into the following stations
The system is a structured, formatted and organized workout. Each day's activities should be recorded on the charts provided and reviewed.
