About 9:00 a.m. to be precise! Well, if you can pick up the scent right now, transfer it to when the weather is really good like in the months of June, July and August, you can certainly be considered for participation in our summer baseball academy.
Beginning in the summer of 2008, a redesigned format is being institued at our baseball school. Instead of scheduling summer camps for all ages, we will be conducting Summer Baseball Workouts. This is how the program will operate. You pick the week(s) you want to attend.

Camp Evaluations for Summer Campers only: Each player is given a personal Scouting Report (Evaluation) of his week-long progress. It covers the fundamental skills, work habits and attitudes. Suggestions for improvement are also given.

The Summer Showcase has been continued for 2008 !!! This camp is open to players with high school eligibility, but will be limited to 75 players. Those who register must have a letter of recommendation from either their high school coach or summer coach to participate unless he is enrolled in Ron Golden's Baseball School. The Showcase will be held the day preceding the Summer High School Camp on June 9, 2008 in Cooper Stadium (Columbus, Ohio). The cost is $150 ($100 for those participating in the Summer High School Camp). It is suggested that you register right away as this Showcase will provide great exposure for players to NCAA Division I-II-III coaches; NAIA coaches; and, Junior College coaches. Pro scouts will alse be invited to observe!! The high school camp is a great way to prepare for the Showcase as the instruction will be directed to the proper physical and mental preparation to make a "good showing"! Acceptance is on a "First Come" basis!

"Tommy had a super time and has gained more confidence. We appreciate your program and the time and interest you spend with the boys."
"We were very pleased with the camp... learned so much. The professional, yet 'low-key' approach was recognized by the boys and an excellent relationship developed."
"Attitude of coaches was super. My boys are not 'stars' but they felt like they accomplished a great deal and really feel good about baseball, teamwork, etc. The coaches gave constructive criticism.... we were very pleased."
"The evaluations were quite honest and I got the feeling that the coaches really paid attention to each player when they wrote them --- not just a general good report that everyone likes to hear, but may not be accurate or honest."
"Both of our boys were good ballplayers when they came to camp and both felt that they learned a lot in skills and game strategy. They want to come back next year."
"It's great! - It's fun ! - Wish we could go back next week! We'll just have to talk it up and get more kids interested next year! ... such enthusiasm is music to our ears and I thought I'd pass it on to you. Thank you for a great week on behalf of my son and his friend. Even tonight as their local team won...., we felt that we saw improvement in the way the boys played."
"I really liked baseball camp. I think two of my favorite things I like were the games in the afternoon and the pitch, hit and run competition. I enjoyed your talks about hitting since it is one of my weaker parts.
"It was a lot of fun. I think you know a lot about baseball. I learned a lot of things I didn't know. I thought I was going to learn the same things over again, but I didn't.... Thanks for letting me come. I enjoyed it very much."
"I really enjoyed the camp. I liked the coaches and the way they taught. I enjoyed using all the different things to improve in baseball. I learned how to play all the different positions. Thank you."
".... I have played baseball 3 years and nobody taught me as much as you did."
