My final year project, "Modelling the solution to Schrödinger's equation on a Copper surface and in a quantum corral.", involved using Pascal to develop mathematical models and display their solutions graphically. As part of my degree course I have completed modules in Pascal and Fortran. For the "Topics in Physics" module, we worked in small teams to research current topics, on which we prepared reports and made presentations. The two topics I worked on were Fusion Reactors and Carbon-sixty. The "Systems and Modelling" course taught me how to analyse systems and to mathematically model them.

1993-1994	University of Wales, Cardiff. Preliminary year. This included courses in Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
1991-1993	University of Wales, Cardiff Pharmacy I decided to change to Physics as I felt this subject was better suited to my skills and interests.
