Cocoa-Berry Shortcakes

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 450.

1 c.            flour
1/4 c.          unsweet cocoa
1/4 c.          sugar
1 t.            baking powder
3 T.            marg
2/3 c.          milk
1               large ripe bananas,cut in chunks
1/2 c.          whipping cream,whipped
1/2 c.          plain yogurt
1 t.            honey
                dash nutmeg
3 c.            fresh strawberries

Stir together flour,cocoa,sugar,baking powder.Cut in marg.Make well in center;add milk all at once.Stir just til dough clings together.Drop in equal portions onto a lightly greased baking sheet.Bake 8-10 min.Cool slightly on wire rack.For banana cream,mash banana with fork til smooth. Add whipped cream,yogurt,honey,nutmeg;stir til smooth.Reserve 6 berries for garnish;slice remaining berries.Top assembled,split cocoa biscuits in half crosswise.Set tops aside.Arrange strawberry slices on bottoms. Dollop with 2 T. banana cream mix over sliced berries on each biscuit Top with biscuit tops.Dollop 1 T. of remaining banana cream on top of each of assembled shortcake.Garnish with reserved whole strawberries.
