
Apple Cranberry Rhubarb Crisp |

Preheat oven to 375.
Topping:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. oats
2 T. whole wheat flour
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. soft marg,melted
Fruit:
2/3 c. sugar
3 T. flour
grated rind of 1 orange
2 c. apples,sliced
2 c. rhubarb
1 c. cranberries

Topping:Combine all ingreds.Mix well.Set aside, Fruit:Combine sugar,flour & rind.Add fruits,toss to thoroughly coat.Spoon into baking dish.Sprinkle topping over fruit.Bake 40-50 min. |
