Mocha Custard

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 325.

2 1/4 c.        milk
1/3 c.          sugar
2 T.            cocoa
1 t.            instant coffee
3/4 c.          refrigerated or frozen egg product,thawed
1 t.            vanilla
                Fresh strawberries

In med saucepan combine milk,sugar,cocoa,coffee.Cook & stir just til cocoa & coffee dissolve.In med bowl gradually add hot milk mix to egg product. Stir in vanilla.Place six 6 oz custard cups in 12 cup rectangle baking dish.Pour egg mix into custard cups.Place on oven rack.Carefully pour boiling water around custard cups into baking dish to depth of 1".Bake 30-35 min.Remove cups from pan.Cool to room temp.Chill in fridge 2 hrs til firm.Using knife,loosen edges of custards,slipping point of knife down sides. Invert custards onto dessert plates.Garnish with strawberries.
