Kahlua Cream Truffles

INGREDIENTS

6 sq            semisweet chocolate,chopped
1/4 c.          whipping cream
2 T.            coffee-flavored liqueur
3 T.            butter
2 T.            icing sugar
                unsweetened cocoa or sifted icing sugar

In small saucepan,combine all ingredients except cocoa.Cook over low heat til chocolate is melted & mix is smooth,stir constantly.Place pan in bowl of ice water to speed chilling.Sift light layer of cocoa or icing sugar on cookie sheet.When chocolate mix is cooled & slightly thickened,spoon into decorating bag fitted with desired decorative tip.Squeeze small 1" truffle onto cocoa-dusted pan.Sift additional cocoa or icing sugar over truffles.Store tightly covered in refrigerator.Let truffles stand at room temp 30 min before serving.
