Coffee Cream In Chocolate Cups

INGREDIENTS

9               foil bake cups
1 c.            semisweet chocolate pieces
60 g sq         chocolate flavored candy coating
2 c.            tiny marshmallows
1/3 c.          milk
1/2 c.          whipping cream,whipped
2 T.            coffee liqueur
                fresh fruit



For chocolate cups,place foil bake cups on baking sheet.In med saucepan combine chocolate pieces & candy coating;stir constantly over low heat til melted.Remove saucepan from heat,let stand 10 min.Spoon one rounded T. of melted chocolate into each bake cup.With small paint brush,brush melted chocolate onto bottom & sides of each bake cup til 1/8" thick. (If chocolate becomes to firm to brush,reheat it) Chill chocolate-coated bake cups 10 min.Carefully peel foil away from chocolate cup.Keep chocolate cups refrigerated.For filling,place marshmallows & milk in 6 cup saucepan.Cook & stir over med heat 3-4 min til marshmallows melted.Stir til smooth.Chill 25-30 min til mix thickens,stir occasionally.Fold in whipped cream & coffee liqueur.Chill mix til it mounds,stir occasionally. Place chocolate cups on individual dessert plates.Spoon scant 1/4 c. filling into each chocolate cup.Garnish each serving with desired fruit.
