3 ripe bananas 2 T. rum 2 1/4 c. heavy cream 155 g semisweet chocolate,finely grated 4 scoops vanilla ice cream 15 g semisweet chocolate,grated |

Slice bananas thinly & sprinkle with rum.Whip cream til thick.Remove 1/4 of cream,mix it with chocolate & reserve for decoration.Add bananas & rum to remaining cream & spoon mix into 4 individual serving dishes.Just before serving,top each dish with scoop of ice cream.Pipe chocolate cream around ice cream & sprinkle with grated chocolate. Makes 4 servings |
