The majority of my work is capturing and compressing video for use on CD-ROMs.

The equipment used is a Pentium, Targa 2000, and Micropolis 4 gig AV drive.

The software used is Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Microsoft VidEdit.

AlphaSport's BodyCraft Software - custom meal plans and workout guides.

I also develop CD-ROMs for computer based training and product demonstrations using the "C" language or Asymetrix's Multimedia Toolbook.
