Miss Maude's Rodgrod med Flode

Known in St. Chris as Red Grout with Cream

Combine ingredients in heavy pan; let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

Over medium heat, bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly until tapioca is clear.

Pour into a bowl, individual serving dishes or a mold. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Serve with heavy cream (traditional). You can also serve with whipped cream, ice cream or hard sauce.

Serves six.
