Posh Nosh Key Lime Pie

Served at the Posh Nosh restaurant at Dockside Hotel in Isabeya

Throughly mix both cans of sweetened condensed milk with Key lime juice. You can use a hand mixer on medium speed.

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.

Chill in refrigerator for one hour; then place in freezer until ready to serve.

Slices can be topped with dollops of whipped cream.

Serves eight.
