Ideas,  thoughts  and  strategies  are individually encouraged.

We recognise that every member will have a "vision" for change and
by carrying  it through that person will have established leadership.

Equally, the team appreciates that for a 'vision'  to flourish and
become reality the agreement and co-operative work of others in
the team is required.

The team has recognized the need for continuing education and
development leading to active  training including Sleep training
at Stanford University, NIPPV training at Royal Brompton Hospital
and the Stratford Asthma Nurse trainer course.

The trust implements the Investors in People policy for staff
development.
