The only qualification for membership is an interest in the subject. Anyone is welcome to apply, but naturally the Constitution does provide for the Committee to refuse any application which they may feel goes contrary to the interests of the BSG.

All members are sent four free copies of "The Stickmaker" magazine per year. The Guild now also has available various items such as badges, ties, etc..

Membership is renewable each year. Fees are kept as low as possible. There are special rates for Senior Citizens. Overseas members are asked to pay an additional fee to cover the airmail costs for outside Europe.
