Patsy Cline

Born Virginia Patterson Hensely on September 8, 1932, in Gore, Virginia. Patsy Cline is one of Country music's best-known female vocalists. From her early records in the mid-fifties until her death in 1963, (an airplane accident), Patsy Cline sang with great feeling and a refined technique that set a new style for generations to come.
Patsy was a woman who enjoyed life as it came and was known for her great warmth, friendship and loyalty to those she considered dear. Patsy Cline's music has never gone out of style.
