ORDERING MOUTHPIECES

Trial

Mouthpieces are available for trial for two weeks.

As long as mouthpieces are returned by the designated due date in original condition and packaging, a refund will be issued less the shipping charge.

Mouthpieces returned with teeth marks, ligature scratches or other surface damage will be considered sold and returned.

Approvals returned after two weeks' trial and before 30 days will be subject to a 20% service charge in addition to the regular return charges. Mouthpieces are not returnable after 30 days whatsoever. Allow 3-4 weeks for return to be credited. Credits are issued in the order that they are received.

Payment

Please send name, address and phone number with a money order, cashier's check or Visa/Mastercard number with the expiration date for a total of $200 ($175 for Chedeville and Eb models) per mouthpiece (U.S. funds only). Illinois residents add $17.00 ($14.88 for Chedeville and Eb models) per mouthpiece tax.

Shipping

For each shipment include the following charge:

• 2-day Air Service add $12.50 total
• 1-day Air Service add $15.00 total

Foreign deliveries will incur a slightly higher shipping charge.
