The system is no longer Imperial space. It is Kazereckii.

At present this control is mostly ceremonial, as the breakneck pace of this battle in WarByDiplomacy proved faster than the KZK military's ability to anticipate and project firepower. Additional KZK assets are now winging towards Northcape to reinforce the KZK presence already in-system.

The situation is complicated further by the two Wars in progress within the system: The MYR, DTR and FOE vs. the Imperials and the Celtian Airbreathers vs. the Celtian Waterbreathers.

In it's first Action as a territorial government, the council K'zk Kasrith-kazereckii announces the following restrictions that will be enforced within the Northcape system:

The system is declared open to all affiliations and governments for the purposes of transit except positions of the Samillian Hegemony as the Samillians have yet to end the official state of War they have declared against the Peoples of Kazerack.

All colonies and outposts in existance as of 1900 hours today will be given a permanent Charter to exist within KZK space. This includes FOE Michtlan on planet Gudenval. But there will be a moratorium on new colonies and outposts until the Kazereckii have selected the site for our own colonies and outposts.

In it's second Action as a territorial government, the council K'zk Kasrith-kazereckii announces that the planet Hammerfest is to be held in conservation for it's two indigenous races, the Celtian Airbreathers and the Celtian Waterbreathers. Central Command extends a formal invitation to the Peoples of the Myr and the ISS to form a joint exploration team to assist the KZK in fully understanding the dynamics of these indigenous races and to assist in the formulation of policy regarding Hammerfest.

During this investigation, the planet of Hammerfest is closed to all races and affiliations. The Peoples of Kazerack will do all that can be done to insure the continuing availability of Celtian Farm Tech, but this will need to wait until the completion of the ISS/Myr study. It is hoped that Speaker Silver Cascade and ISS PD Lanart will respond to this invitation favorably and promptly.

The council K'zk Kasrith-kazereckii is painfully aware of it's inability to force either the Imperials or the DTR/MYR/FOE to comply with it's edicts. We can only hope that the respect we have held for these races will result in a kindred respect for our own, and an understanding for our drive to obtain and maintain our own territory.
