Negotiations with the TCA have gotten nowhere. Offers to guarantee the freedom of His Imperial Majesty's citizens, the Celtians, are tainted with the fact that those who "guarantee" said freedom, practice slavery most foul, themselves. The KZK have offered to protect the Celtians and guarantee their freedom. The KZK have never broken their word. The IMP recoginzes this integrity, and therefore gives the KZK that which they most desire... their own territory. IMP forces will withdraw from Northcape after a lesson is taught.
