Empire declares War on the Flagritz

Due to a Flagritz fleet having invaded Imperial territory, system of Petroom, lacking a visa, and with intent to harm Imperial citizens, on behalf of His Imperial Majesty, I hereby declare a state of war exists between the Stellar Empire and the Flagritz.
