If you have any gain from being united with Christ, Any comfort from his love, any fellowship with his Spirit, If you have any tenderness and compassion, Then make his joy complete by being likeminded, Having the same love, Being one in spirit and purpose, Calling others to know Jesus' Father's love. He left the glory of heaven, Someone who came with a mission Gave up all that he enjoyed there, To tell us of our Father's care Let us do the same, go in Jesus' name, Share the good things that we've received in him v2. Do nothing out of selfishness or vain conceit, but in humility think of others better than yourselves. Each of you shouldn't look to just your own interests, but also the interests of others, especially those who don't know of the love he has for them. You should have the same goal as Christ Jesus does. |
