Graeme Mew is a lawyer and a
dispute resolution professional offering advocacy, mediation, arbitration and
third party neutral services to parties involved in or seeking to avoid civil
disputes. He brings to the dispute resolution process 21 years as a
litigation lawyer practising in Graeme Mew is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator by the Centre
for Dispute Resolution (CEDR). He holds memberships of a number of other organisations of dispute resolution professionals,
including the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of a number of
prominent panels of mediators and arbitrators, including ADR Chambers (UK),
ADR Chambers International, the Centre for Sport and Law, the ADR Institute
of Canada and ADR-Sport-RED. He serves as a roster mediator for the Superior
Court of Justice Mandatory Mediation Programme in Graeme Mew has litigated, arbitrated or mediated a wide variety of civil disputes involving insurance law (including excess and reinsurance issues), contract and tort law (including personal injury, product liability, trade, business disputes and transportation), professional liability (including liability of hospitals, lawyers, physicians and accountants and related insurance issues), sports law and liability of directors and officers.
