• Goat meat (chevon) is lean & delicious. It has a unique flavour and texture that compliments any dish. Ground chevon and stew meat can be used to add a new dimension to all your traditional recipes. Roasts, shanks and specialty cuts can provide a unique alternative for that special meal.

• If you are a retail meat outlet, we can supply weekly deliveries of fresh chevon in accordance with your specifications for the age of the animal, carcass size and method of preparation.
