Wrought Iron Mossable Troughs, Half Cauldrons, Inside And Outside
Corner Cauldrons
Wall Half-Cauldrons, mossable wall troughs and balcony
troughs not only bring a touch of elegance to the traditional wall mangers,
but the cauldron shape gives important extra planting capacity for better
growth and water retention.
Features include:

Bar spacing sufficiently close to allow moss to be used as a
liner, but far enough apart to allow plants to grow through between the bars to
give a luxuriant all-round display.

The elegant
cauldron shape gives more room for compost, better water
retention and plenty of room for roots to flourish.

Recessed backs to minimise wall dampness.

Flat-bottomed design enables all models except for the inside
corner cauldron to stand freely on a table top, making filling that much easier
than conventional baskets.

Includes slot fixing, for ease of locating on pre-prepared
fixings on the wall, together with screw-holes for more secure or permanent
fastening.

All wall half-cauldrons, mossable troughs and wall troughs can
be converted to fit on most balcony rails using Flairmet's unique
balcony fitting.

The standard finish for all wall cauldrons is powder-coating.
This is better than plastic coating as it can be repainted (eg to match house
colours) if required. See

half-cauldron.

The larger planters weigh over 44lb (20kg) when plants mature
and
strong fixings should be used and fixed securely to a firm
surface.

Wall half-cauldrons (also known as wall baskets or
mangers) are available in 4 widths, 12" (30cm), 16" (40cm), 20" (50cm) and 24"
(60cm).
The heights of the three larger models are very similar to
each other and to the Inside and Outside Corner
Cauldrons, enabling easy mix and match of customers' specific requirements.

| Scrolled wall half-cauldrons are
available as standard in 2 widths - 12" (30cm) and 16" (40cm). The scroll gives
a more ornamental look as well as providing purchase for climbing plants. |

The mossable trough looks
superb when planted. Perfect below a window or to break up a blank wall, the
bar spacing is close enough to be lined with moss in the traditional manner.

The mossable troughs are also available in 36" (90cm)
and 41" (105cm) widths.
All mossable troughs share the Flairmet Cauldron shape and
advantages. They can be lined with moss for the traditional planted

| The traditional hayrack comes as standard
in two widths - 20" (50cm) and 30" (75cm). Whilst sacrificing some of the
advantages of the cauldron these provide the most authentic traditional look -
the very original baskets, based on the familiar hayrack used for feeding
horses. |

The wall trough comes complete with a 28in (70cm)
white plastic trough. The decorative design simulates the Flairmet cauldron
look and includes four holes for fixing to a wall. The plastic trough has
raised 'holes' which can be punched out for drainage - ideal for external
use.

| The balcony fitting
is a simple to use adaptor for all Flairmet wall troughs, wall-half-cauldrons
(16" to 24") and mossable troughs to enable them to be converted to fasten to
most balconies or railings.
The balcony fitting comes in one piece for greater
stability and includes a back bar to hold the trough approximately vertical on
most railings or balconies. The Balcony Fitting fits over almost any railing
where the top rail is less than 2in (5cm) wide. Can also be used as an adaptor
for wire half-baskets and other wall mangers. |
