We can take VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH and SOLO cards by secure order method through our sister sites. We can also accept payment via PayPal (to flairmet@weathervane.uk.com).
To browse with prices or to order a specific standard home and garden product go to Wrought iron shop (where prices are displayed in a choice of currencies - select the currency on entering the shop) or for weathervanes, brackets with shapes, pet memorials designed to order, and rose arches & gazebos go to Weathervane.uk.com. On the latter site prices are displayed in GBP (British £) though you can pay in various other currencies on the payment page. For standard products the shipping cost is calculated automatically on the complete basket and the total price (including VAT where applicable) displayed before an order is confirmed. Where applicable, alternative shipping methods may be selected.
For shipment outside the EU or where shipment is to VAT registered traders in
the EU, on the Weathervane.uk.com site you need to tick the box to claim zero
rating for VAT, which will then be deducted from the displayed prices. Don't
worry if you haven't done this, because we will check anyway and refund any
over-payment. For a quotation, please e-mail or telephone or, for gates and
railings use our quotation request form. For special items contact Flairmet for a quotation. You can also order your choice of products from Flairmet by E-mail, fax, letter or telephone. Details requiredYou should provide full details of the product(s) required, including quantities, colours, and any optional finish. Where accepting a quotation, without modification, the quotation reference is sufficient. Payment methodsUnless you are an account customer (for details: contact Flairmet) or paying by credit or debit card, cleared funds will be required before goods will be despatched. Cheques and bankers' drafts should be made payable to Flairmet Limited, and be for value in Sterling (charges paid). A deposit (typically of 50%) will be payable for any products made specially to order. Credit and debit card payment details are captured by WorldPay the third party trusted payment service. DELIVERYDespatch will normally take place between 2 and 6 weeks from receipt of order. Carriage costs are payable by the customer in accordance with the tariff set out on the price list. TERMS AND CONDITIONSFlairmet's standard terms and conditions of sale will apply unless any alternative is agreed in writing by Flairmet. Full details of these terms are available by mail from Flairmet on request. Flairmet retains title to products until they have been paid for in full together with any related charges. |
