Our range of brackets is designed to take the weight of a fully
grown hanging cauldron (and that's some weight!). The larger sizes are
particularly heavy duty and should be used with
strong fixings(expanding bolts for particularly heavy
loads or in public places).
Features include:

Unique easy watering bracket enables a
basket to be lowered for watering and tendering.

The standard finish for all brackets is powder-coating. This
is better than plastic coating as it can be repainted (eg to match house
colours) if required. Available as standard in black or white. See
finishes.

Flairmet recommends
strong fixings for your brackets, particularly if used
with larger hanging baskets.
Standard 16"baskets can weigh up to 45lbs (20kgs) when planted and
in full bloom. Not only should strong brackets be used, but so also should
strong fixings. Flairmet recommends the use of
expanding bolts for fixing heavy duty brackets designed to
carry large baskets.
Choose a bracket with enough reach to ensure that your flowers
will not be damaged as the basket is blown in the wind. If in doubt go for a
longer bracket.

STANDARD BRACKETS
Brackets are available in 4 standard sizes - 10in.
(25cm), and heavy duty 13in. (33cm), 16in. (40cm) and 20in.
(50cm).

The security bracket is designed for commercial and
other use where there is concern that a basket may be stolen or vandalised. It
provides a relatively simple but secure method of fastening the basket chain or
strap to the bracket, and requires a specific
allen key to allow the basket to be removed. It will deter
the casual thief, though, of course, a determined criminal with bolt cutters
could still cut through the chain holding the basket.
The security bracket is available as an optional extra on
any of the heavy duty brackets listed above.

The lamp post bracket is made to order to suit
various diameters of post and is suitable for 13in. (33cm), 16in. (40cm) and
20in. (50cm) heavy duty brackets. When combined with the security bracket
feature shown above this provides an easy to use yet inexpensive solution to
displaying hanging baskets in public places. |

| The unique and patented easy watering
bracket enables a basket to be lowered safely and easily for watering and
tidying. A modified version is available for high uses and wheelchair-bound
people.
The easy watering bracket is supplied with 5ft strong
galvanised jack chain, wall hooks and instructions.
Note: due to the weight of a fully planted basket,
this product is not suitable for use with baskets over 12in (30cm) diameter
and must be used in conjunction with a basket with strong straps or chain.
The Flairmet 10" cauldron is particularly suitable for use with the easy
watering bracket.
Instructions supplied. Not suitable for use by children or
with heavy baskets. Supplied complete with chain and fixings.

- 6 in. (15cm) and 9 in. (22cm). This pair of brackets is designed for wall
fixing of plastic and other flat-bottomed troughs up to the width of the

The balcony trough fitting set is designed to enable
a metal trough holder or wall basket or half-wall cauldron to be attached to a
balcony rail. This fitting goes over the rail and the trough holder or basket
fixes over the "v"-shaped hooks. For safety reasons an additional fastening
(such as a strap or tied string) should be used, especially if small children
could be near the balcony holder. |
