However Vaya en Silla de Ruedas S.A. upholds to and practices its own high standards of safety, comfort and reliability. All of our equipment is ADA (American Disability Act) approved and the safety concerns of our passengers are always paramount.
Vaya en Silla de Ruedas S.A. often uses and depends on other suppliers and agents and/or representatives in providing your tour/transportation needs. Therefore Vaya en Silla de Ruedas S.A. can not be responsible for any willful or negligent acts and/or omissions by such persons, nor acts of God, criminal acts, mechanical breakdowns, natural disasters, police actions and other events occurring in or related to the country applicable i.e. Costa Rica.
By signing this release of liability I am fully aware of the risks and hazards traveling in a foreign country.
hereby release Vaya en Silla de Ruedas S.A. its owner(s), shareholder and staff of any liabilities beyond their control directly or indirectly. This includes loss of time, property, life or personal injury. Furthermore I agree that any legal dispute resulting from services connected to Vaya en Silla de Ruedas S.A. shall be settled by a binding arbitrator located in the area of San Jose, Costa Rica within one year of the disagreement. These terms and conditions are applicable under the laws of Costa Rica.
