Irlen Syndrome is a visual perceptual problem which can affect up to 20% of the population. It results in underachievement in school and at work, as well as causing physical discomfort such as headaches, migraine, eyestrain, stress and fatigue. It affects mainly reading and writing based activities, but also for some people, concentration, balance, co-ordination and depth perception.
