A diatribe a day keeps the ol' spleen vented. Who would want an unvented spleen?

This isn't a graphics intensive page with dancing icons and scrolling images for those people with unlimited band width. Nosiree Bob. This page is dedicated to the home hacker who hasn't the time to wait for eighteen 146k GIFs to load. (This is also where the ubiquitous under construction symbol would go if I were to put one here. Use your imagination.)

Yes the title says daily, but Weekly, or more accurately, whenever I feel like it, just didn't seem to flow as well. If you're still wondering about this, grab your Webster's and look up Procrastination.

The Diatribe has long been a favorite form of comunication of mine. A little humor, particularly on those subjects that others haven't bothered to waste any of their time thinking about, goes a long way towards preventing the inevitable rampage. There's even something poetic about a longish rant on the idiosyncrasies of the English language. Are you getting the idea yet? (18k) We all need to blow off a little steam on occasion (some more than others). The long awaited and much anticipated guest diatribe page is now available with material from some of those 'others'. If you're going to rage against the machine, then you had better have an archive of those rages. Classics? Hardly. Memorable? Unlikely. Existing? A resounding YES.

Work? I suppose pretty much everyone has to. Paying for food, and all that. Here's an image of me hard at work. Play? Something about a guy named Jack and his being a dullard springs to mind. Here's the coolest basketball team I've ever played on.

Since a webpage is a sort of window into the soul of the author, I decided it was time to put a few more holes in my already sordid reputation. Imagine three guys (now two) writing a bit of a story filled with in-jokes and then passing it on to the next guy. Sounds horrible? You are correct sir.

Okay people. It's time to put up or shut up. You've been telling me that you'd like to do a diatribe or two, and I've been telling you to send them in. Well do it! What are ya, yella?
