Hello and welcome to the Battlefield Line Railway's
Christmas Specials page. Please read the following information carefully and then print
out the necessary Booking Form before returning it to the address below.
Santa travels on the train in his own special coach
where children* can visit him in his grotto to receive their present. Adults are served a
glass of Wine or Sherry and a Hot Mince Pie on their way to Shenton Station. All Trains
Depart from Shackerstone Station.

BOOKING INFORMATION 2008
Ticket applications are welcome from August onwards. Please use the form below and send payment details with the application form to the address below. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. Debit and Credit Cards only, please do not send cash through the post.
Pre-bookings for Santa Specials can be made in person at weekends, but not on the day of travel, at Shackerstone Station using debit and credit cards or cash.
There is a £1.00 Booking Fee for all Credit/Debit Cards.
Your tickets will be forwarded to you within 28 days of receipt subject to availability.
Please do not wait till the last minute, please book early to avoid disappointment.
A discount of 50p per person is offered to groups
of 15 or more and £1.00 per person on groups of 50 or more, but not 24th December.
For large group bookings please book early with your full requirements to ensure all your
places.
Booking are only confirmed when money has transfered.
You can buy tickets in advance up to 4 days before the day you wish to visit. There is limited number of advance tickets for each train that can be purchased online via Ticketweb, or ring Ticketweb on 08444 771000 to book by phone.Please send completed application forms to:

Just scroll down the Ticketweb page to find the right date and time for you to travel and click the ticket icons. Tickets can be bought as Adults or Children and payment is by credit / debit card.
You can buy tickets in advance up to one day before the day you wish to visit.
Please note. There is a booking fee for this service and that bookings are only taken up to one day before the date of the date you wish to come for.

*We do not operate reserved seat booking without prior payment and booking will only be confirmed once funds have been cleared. Children under 12 months travel free, but do not receive a present from Santa. Please note we do not allow dogs or other animals to travel on Santa Special trains, unless they are guide dogs. Every effort will be made to run trains according to this timetable, but unforeseen circumstances may entail alterations or cancellations. The railway operators can accept no liability for such cancellations or late running of any train and reserves the right to vary the provisions contained in this brochure without prior notice.
