Catching

Theres not alot to be said about catching, except never take yours eye's off of the disc. Keep watching it until it's safely in your hands, BOTH OF THEM !!

Stacking and Cutting

Cutting tips

When you make a cut SPRINT! Don't stop running until you've caught the disc.

If you're puzzled about about anything else, don't hesitate to ask someone at training.
